Environmental Documentation Folder
This folder is designed to hold all information regarding previous and present inspection reports, as well as quotes for further environmental testing. Please ensure that you document each inspection chronologically, as to keep up with specific results and see how mold growth levels have changed overtime. Mold Law Group also recommends including non-mold reports in this folder as well, for differential documentation purposes (i.e., asbestos testing).

Environmental Inspection Reports
Photo Documentation Folder
This folder is designed to hold all photo evidence related to your case. Mold Law Group encourages to document all information relevant to your case through professional documentation and photo evidence. One should take photo evidence of the contaminated environment (i.e., the visible mold growth, property damages, and floor plans), the mold exposure medical symptoms (i.e., skin rashes), and any miscellaneous photos not considered in the previous two categories. It’s important to provide those not directly involved with the proper visual evidence, as to provide a further perspective for litigative stakeholders and settlement considerations.
Includes:
Agreements & Information Folder
This folder is designed to hold all agreements and information related to the contaminated environment. Specifically, it is important to include your lease agreement/property owner documents, as well as insurance documents, for litigative review. If you have renewed your lease, please include each yearly lease, and any accompanying addendums.

Rental Insurance Documentation
Expenses & Damages Folder
This folder is designed to hold all information regarding the expenses and subsequent damages you’ve incurred as a result of toxic mold exposure. This includes expenses incurred from environmental inspections, estimates, relocation, medical/wellness visits, additional living expenses, our services, or any other expenses/damages brought on your exposure to mold. Please keep in mind that these documents are some of the most vital pieces of your case, so make sure that you document as thoroughly as possible. Some tips include document chronologically, explain each piece of documentation, write out dates, etc.
Includes:
Medical Documentation Folder
This folder is designed to hold all medical documentation. This includes lab testing, daily symptom logs, medical reports, doctor’s notes, diagnosis reports, diagnostic exam documentation, medical insurance, billing records, and any professional delineations related to your health.
