Beware of Bad Mold Remediations
Unfortunately, many property management companies will choose to save money by having their uncertified maintenance departments attempt to remedy the problem. This often results in mold concealment, not mold remediation. The tactics we see most often are bleach and paint, but these methods are unreliable and ineffective solutions at best.
