Mold Case Consulting Rebrand
We are thrilled to announce our rebranding from Mold Law Group to Mold Case Consulting. The goal of this rebrand is to better reflect the services provided to our clients, offer a clearer understanding of our role in the litigation process, and provide more resource opportunities to individuals in need. This new brand identity underscores our expertise and clarifies the critical role we play in building robust cases for potential litigation.
We will continue to offer the same great services while taking an innovative approach when building evidence for your mold case. Our method combines multiple scientific disciplines and medical insights to create a new model for pre-mold litigation support. The platform leverages advanced testing methods, including DNA-PCR sequencing, bacteria culturing, endotoxin testing, and (1→3)β-D glucan analysis, along with experienced expert witnesses ready for litigation. We offer law firm referrals, medical resources, environmental resources, and expert witness services, and continue to raise the bar for mold litigation support.

How Our Pre-Mold Litigation Program Works
Mold Case Consulting is not a law firm. Instead, we provide medical, environmental, and expert support in anticipation of litigation. Our program connects adverse health effects to your home or workplace, helping you secure legal representation, maximize settlement amounts, and ensure your legal team has the knowledge for a successful outcome.
Our Three-Phase Process
Phase I:
Environmental Sampling
The first step in mold litigation is gathering accurate environmental samples. Prioritize this to prevent evidence from being concealed, lost, or tampered with. We offer specialized environmental test panels, delivering litigation-ready results. Our network of over 500 certified mold professionals nationwide ensures rapid response.
Pack-Out Estimate
When dealing with a mold-infested property, personal belongings like sofas, TVs, bedding, and clothing can be contaminated. Without proper treatment, cross-contamination to a new residence is likely. A pack-out estimate assesses the cost of cleaning or remediating your belongings, adding to your property damage claim.
Phase II:
Medical Sampling
Is your environment making you sick? Our custom pre-litigation medical test panel, developed in partnership with physicians and labs nationwide, links health issues to environmental contamination.
Phase III:
Report Analysis
We collect and analyze your certified microbiology and medical reports to identify any medical environmental connections. Our Team will explain all data correlation points to you in detail. The analysis and evidence collected can be used to assist the law firm of your choice in litigation.
Law Firm Support
After establishing causation, we equip you with the needed reporting to accurately illustrate your situation to a qualified third-party law firm.
Law Firm Communication
Finding qualified legal representation can be challenging. We conduct exit interviews to ensure you can effectively communicate your case. We also vet any law firm you engage with to ensure they have the experience necessary for a successful settlement. While we don’t find law firms for you, we work together with your law firm to help establish your case.
Additional Services:
Expert Witness
We offer additional support through expert witness testimony and are available to answer any questions you or your attorney may have about your mold case.
Mold affects your health in three ways:
- Allergic Reaction
Symptoms vary by individual and can range from mild hay fever-like symptoms to severe respiratory issues requiring hospitalization. - Invasive Fungal Infection
Initially affecting immunocompromised individuals, long-term exposure can lead to infections causing respiratory, circulatory, digestive problems, and yeast infections. - Toxicological Poisoning
Mycotoxins and endotoxins produced by mold and bacteria can cause serious health issues, including brain and neurological damage, DNA damage, kidney and liver failure, cancer, and even death. Both the CDC and EPA categorize mycotoxins as carcinogens. We offer free online health screens to help you understand the health risks in your environment.
Successful Mold Litigation Settlements
Successful mold litigation can hinge on a strong connection between the victim’s health and a contaminated environment. Many law firms consider medical damages in mold cases too complex, time-consuming, and difficult to prove. Mold Case Consulting helps the law firm of your choice leverage our expertise to present an accurate picture of your situation. Our engagement can help increase settlement amounts, improve attorney client communication and ensure a fairer outcome.
